We can provide ECGs (electrocardiograms), along with a detailed history and examination undertaken by either Adam or Dave. If further investigation is required, this can be arranged.

Concussion Management

Performance anxiety/mental health problems

There is increasing awareness of how important it is to look after our mental health, and we know this happens just as frequently in the sporting population. We know that activities can massively help our mental health and we regularly encourage this as doctors. However, we also know sport and injuries can have a negative effect on us.  We have experience at helping with a whole host of issues that affect us, from performance anxiety, through to depression and anxiety while recovering from injuries, and trouble maintaining a healthy weight.  We also can refer you on to a specialist sports psychologist. Our mental health is so important, and we are always happy to try and help.

Physical health problems and activities

As part of our training, not only can we help with injuries, but also exercise medicine, and ‘prescriptions’ for exercise. We are happy to see you, and advice on recovering from both physical and medical illnesses.
